Buying tripod.

I'm running low on funds, and I know a tripod is important. I'm looking to spend 200 dollars, and try to get the best bang for my buck. I know it's hard, but does anyone have any suggestions

But check ebay, maybe you can get a 501 fluid head, and an okay tripod for alittle over 200 with shipping.
