Buying new DVX100b, Need Advice

Hello everyone.

I'm new here and I was wondering if any of you could give me advice on purchasing a new DVX100b.

I am contemplating buying either from Willoughby's or B and H Video. They are both authorized dealers and Wiloughby's price is $2999 while B and H's is $3,399.95, both with a 500 dollar rebate. Now normally I would go for the cheaper deal but I have heard some bad things about Willoughby's but I have also heard some good things, both from resellerratings.com .

I was wondering if anyone has bought a DVX100b from Willoughby's and if everything went well. Also any advice is greatly appreciated.
