Buying from AUTHORIZED dealers with lowest prices

Just talked to Tommy, he's a cool guy and very knowledgeable of his product and deals, including the dvxuser discount.
If you have questions don't hesitate to contact him.

That could account for "extreme authorized" level.

Based on AlexDias' definition I would venture to say we at Abel Cine Tech are "extreme authorized" as well. (We are working on getting our "Uber Authorized" certification soon ;-)

Most important fact is getting it from an authorized dealer and then look at how much extra "service" you would like. B&H is a good "box house" dealer with lots of products. But, as far as being able to call up with questions or come into a store's location and have a rep spend some time answering technical questions that is what you come to Abel or to guys like Tommy w/ EVS for (no offense to Barak, I am just not familiar with his company).

I ended up going with Specialized Communications- http://www.spec-comm.com/hvx200.php
They had the lowest prices (by quite a bit from the places I got quotes from), and on top of that, you get free shipping, a free 6000mAH battery, and you can get 2% off your order if you pay with a certified check! Also, you get 10% off the CinePorter when it comes out. Great deal. (They even gave me a slight dvxuser.com discount when I asked!)
They were also very nice on the phone and by email. I ended up talking to Jasmine and Andrew several times during my quest to obtain this camera, and they were both very polite and answered every question I had in detail!

Here is their contact info:
