Buying Canon 5D Mark II

Hello again,

So many sound options. I know how important this is, that's why i know hiring a sound/audio engineer on set is what I've done but this just gives me another option. Having a shotgun mic, playing with a new camera I just want to know what I'm dealing with. I don't want to throw money away at any shotgun mic, I'd like to properly invest.

Thanks again for the comments.

Best overall choice. You do know your lenses.
You are also wise to hire a sound man until you know where you want to invest your money in audio gear.

Thank you for the kind words ROCKMORE.

I'm still navigating my way around DSRL but I do know sound is key. Hire a sound person, a DP, plus I gather you can have a smaller crew now with the DSLR. Just my opinion but again, who cares what camera you use or can afford, all that matters is the talent behind the camera. I kid, it all comes down to story, always has, always will.
