paid for the item on Nov 15. He said he will ship out but never ship and ignored all communication. Beside being a scammer, he is one of the most rude seller i ever encounter. We agreed on the price at $175 out the door. When i make out payment, i mistakenly short change him $5. I sent out $170. He pm me for another $11. I asked is it about paypal fee? since he didn't mention about any paypal fee, he sent me one rude/uneducated manner pm that i actually forward to the mod. When asked to refund back the money since it was not what we agreed on, he refused. Since the different only $11, i just send it out to him. He said he will ship it out on Monday (Nov 18) but nothing ship out as of today.

Paypal refund me the money back. Deal with this guy at your risk. Here are couples of his FS/Looking for job thread here:

I hope the seller works this out with you. Its unfortunate that a bad seller can make buying on this forum risky. I'm sure the majority of members are reliable and honest, but without any sort of protection from scams situations like this make me think twice.
