I would like to buy the V800HD, but i dont' find where !
In france this product in untraceable and in BandH, it is out of stock...and I am very in a hurry!

Can u give me informations about shops : serious and reliable stores good on
(payment by creditcard...)

Try http://www.nlesystems.com . They have both the monitor and the Sun Hood for it (you must have one), lowest price I've seen. They do include the hot shoe mount, remote and AC adapter. The only problem is that they deal mostly with US customers (so on their website, the adress field is for USA only with all the states listed), and getting them to ship to Europe or charge a european card but ship to an American adress could be tricky. Maybe try calling them instead, their number is on the website (go to "contact us" and look at the page title all the way up in your browser - call thas number). The best thing would be if someone you know buys it in the US and sends it to France as "used item" with a 15$ value so you don't have to pay european customs. Good luck!
 
NLE systems just got the monitors in stock, yesterday I think. The only problem is getting them to ship and bill you on your terms. I suggest you fill out the form on the internet, put in an american adress of a friend that can send the stuff to France (the adress won't verify with your card issuer) and then call them (don't forget about the time differene between Europe and US - it's 7 hours more in France) and say you changed the adress on the card with your bank to an american adress so it would match and they could verify it. if the sales guy won't help you, ask for John, say you spoke to him earlier. Be serious, use professional video language, of course mention the most importatn project of your life you are shooting in 10 days and it could work. But don't bend it too far. Be a little dry but professional

C'est dingue, en france, on a 10 ans de retard sur le matériel et sur le "grand" continent (pas le "vieux"...comme chez nous !!), ils ne livrent pas en dehors....
je vais finir par ne pas l'acheter cet écran !

I wrote an email for the same reason to info@ikancorp.com. I asked, when they will start to delivery that monitor. A man with the name Edward Canche confirmed
my email and 15 Minutes later he deleted my mail without any answer. I hate it , if companies are treating their customers in that way.
I dont think that this could be the beginning of a great friendship.
Probably I will look around for an other brand.

they are the worst when it comes to customer support. SIMPLY terrible. I also got to witness a friend buy one monitor from them... that subsequently started to smoke and went bad the same day.. then a week later the 2nd arrived and did the same thing.

I think that you get what you pay for and their lack of customer support that I've had leaves me not wanting to give that company a dime..... besides, I think i'm holding out to get the Nebtek now...

Would be nice to get something cheap but who wants to deal with JERKS!
