heh heh, well you would have had to have caught me when I was REALLY in the mood to procrastinate. :)

EDIT: Here's mine.

looks great

Somewhere there is a business card design forum with a raging thread about digital film production (started by a guy who had a nice enough business card but a rather poor film idea...)

The trick is finding it....

Did someone say "business card thread?"

DeSica, funny.

After some rather complex and colorfull (& lame) designs over the years, my current card is this:

(and yes, the aspect ratios are all acurate)

Nice enough, Mr. Wilson...but can you make it out of lego?

I think the key issue to get across to Como (if he is even still monitoring this thread, since it seems to have taken on a life of its' own) is that the business card should be clean, visually appealing and understandable.

You're getting into a visual business, so the first visuals you present a potential client with may affect their perception of your capabilities.

A competent and professional looking card helps send the message that you are competent and professional. The rest is up to you.

Haha stinkpot - I apologize. I honestly didn't mean to be so harsh when critiquing it. I think I was in a bad mood..regardless, that shouldn't have affected my critique. If you dig deep enough through that rather poorly worded critique, I'm pretty sure I had some tips (at least I hope so anyway)

Mine is no great wonder either, so consider that when reading my post on the subject.

I'll bite :)

Just whipped it up. Any critiques are welcome. For that matter, any recommendations on a good online business card printer?

EDIT: images temporarily removed

No problem. I had a feeling it was only meant to be critique (which is always welcome). Thanks man.
