I like the cinematography. The sound is great. So is the production design. It looks visually very appealing. What you need more than anything else is a great screenplay. You refer to this as a 'comedy web series'. Since it seems to be a single location comedy that is serialized, I think it would be fair to term it a 'situational comedy' or 'sitcom'. That puts it in the same bracket as 'Friends' or 'Two and a Half Men'. I know that you wouldn't have a budget anywhere close to theirs but since you seem to be doing very well with the other aspects, maybe you should try to match them with a screenplay that holds attention. Look at those sitcoms and you realize every moment holds attention. Nothing inessential is said. Make your screenplay more visual than talking heads and I don't mean slapstick comedy. Once you have a good screenplay, it will also help your director and actors excel. Hope this helps. Good luck!
