Building new Mac Pro what Graphics Card?

I am building a new Mac Pro for my editing and Motion Graphics station
What Graphics card should I get for it?
what is the best bang for the buck?

I also want to set up an internal 3 T of space
what is the safest way to protect my data, Raid 5?
Striped?

stick with ATi... their drivers are much better than the ones for Nvidia. if you need more than the stock 2600, then I'd suggest ordering the 3870.

ATI 3870 is a great bargain and optimized for many FCS2 filters and plug ins.
