I see old thread like in page 7 of fs-100 rig. Now that compagnies have made their custom fs-100 plate how would you build your own rig ? I need to build one from scratch since i keep my current 7d rig ... for my 7d !

I was looking at http://store.redrockmicro.com/Catalog/digitalcine/FS100 , since it include, follow focus, mattebox, plate.... BUT How the hell im suppose to rig the shoulder pad and hand grip on this thing ! I need more room at the back for my SD 220 recorder too ! ( I need to rig the cam, sound devices 220 at the back for counter weigt, Small hd dp6, mattebox, followfocus, shoulderpad, 2 front hand grip )

So if any of you have suggestion, i dont plan to make a frankenstein looking piece, i want to keep it clean as possible.

Hey there,

I would check out what Solid Camera is doing. I heard that they are working on a shoulder system and their stuff is looking pretty cool! check them out here: www.solidcamera.com
It seems that they use a dovetail set-up rather than iris rods to mount their hardware. It just looks really clean!

Yep i took a look at their shop section ... but i would like too see more suggestion about the best way to rig the Af100.
Whats is your set up ? Also i would like to know what type of base-plate will fit the height of the af100 ?
