Let me know what you guys think please.

It was an interesting overview for someone not involved in fashion but I would've liked to have seen a little more depth, to go into it a little more. I don't think I really learnt anything but feel the people involved had something to teach. I don't know if it was worth posting an identical thread in three forums.

Lighting is something there is a lot on here but makeup and retouching is something that you don't often see much of on this site. I'm trying to learn a bit about makeup as a one man band operation at the moment. I've made a couple of contacts for makeup but I can't always count on/afford them. It's something that would be handy to have in my back pocket for emergencies. Or just to be able to better communicate what I want. I bought a bunch of theatrical makeup but I'm a bloke so after spending two hours to discover I didn't even know what foundation is for or how to apply it I had to go and see the girls next door for a crash course!

Some information on different effects you can achieve on eyes and cheek makeup, softening or strengthening noses and brows, things like that would be cool if you wanted to do another instructional video. Or even just a blow by blow account of making one person up for one look but without skipping through it. Cool editing often gets in the way of instructional videos. Retouching for fashion shoots is another thing that would be interesting and of a similar subject since it is about 'correcting' facial features but also relevant to an understanding of creating character.

Just a few thoughts, thanks for sharing.
