OK, my DVX100A appears to have died. Camera works, but playback doesn't. I put a tape in, timecode displays but I get a blue screen. Briefly, before it stopped working, I was getting the venitian-blind effect with the tape contents playing along with a still image from an earlier tape. Now just blue.
So, any idea what this might be? Dirty heads?
I'm just hoping it's something I can fix myself. Otherwise, it's off to the repair shop. Any recommendations?
