broken min on DVX100a

Hey I work for a film co op and our DVX100a camera recently had its top mic broken
the sound still seems to work,but not sure how well yet?
Every time I turn on the camera there is a loud beeping noise.
The mic is cracked and is barely still attached.
Does anyone know where to go to get this fixed,and how much it could cost?
would it be worth getting it fixed, or just buy a new camera?
any help would be appreciated

I purchased my DVX100B with a broken mic and a nice discount on the price...it was held on with electrical tape. Later, when I removed the tape and examined it closer, I found that the rubber seal had popped out when it was dropped. I loosened the screws and pushed the seal back into the channels and tightened it down. The mic works perfectly.
