"Broken" Guys New Short Film "Cyn" HVX200 Trailer Under $1000

I meet her at a film lab and presented her with a poster with her on it. She liked it, liked the script and now we'll be working together on my new feature. :violent5:

thanks!

Yes, she is very beautiful. I thought the previous bonnie was pretty too, but the new one is a bit hotter.

what i really liked about this (just saw it yesterday) is that seems a lot more professional, the scenes smoother, and the directing is top notch. It really felt like a hollywood film (good one).

having better actors and a tighter screenplay helped a great deal too. I hope to see more of your work.

And yes, I would love for you to produce a full blown dvd of cyn, that looked great too.

The trailer is pretty short, any chance we can view the entire short? I'm about to shoot a teaser trailer for my feature, Checkmate in a month or so...

i think he mentioned that he was entering it into some film festivals and didn't want to ruin his chances. He also mentioned the last guy that asked that question was severely beat down with spiked bats.

Independent filmmaking is alive and well, its independent distribution that is dead. At a time when "independent" films have to have a star and at least a couple million-dollar budget, how do you get your films seen? Forget Sundance, Miramax, and HBO. These places get hundreds of submissions a year. How do you get your films seen?

From getting free media coverage to myspace, to film festivals and selling your productions through the Internet and DVD. Alex Ferrari gives you a street-level instruction and real-world examples on how to promote, distribute, and sell your production. He challenges you to assess the real market for your film and provides examples of other filmmakers getting their work out, after their films were turned down by traditional distributors.

Independent producer/director Alex Ferrari’s award-winning short film “BROKEN” (http://www.whatisbroken.com) has accomplished the following using his techniques:
- Screened in over 140 international film festivals, 85% of them without paying a submission fee.
- Had his $8000 short film reviewed by world renowned film critic Roger Ebert
- Self distributed the film on DVD and sold over 5000 units (@ $19.95) using only his website
- Attracted over 3 million unique visitors to the films website (nearly all for free)
- Has been reviewed or mentioned in over 350 world-wide news outlets including industry juggernauts:
(Ain’t It Cool News, JoBlo.com, Dark Horizons.com, Latino Review.com, Yahoo News, Movies Online.ca)
- Garnered interest from major Hollywood film studios
- Spawn a book on the film “The Art of BROKEN”
