Broken DVXuser battery - help!

Hi,

I dropped my DVXuser 5600 battery and the case cracked to bits. The battery pack and
chip seem fine. I tried contacting Jarred, but got no repsonse, so is there any way to salvage a perfect battery that just needs the case?

I feel you pain - Two of my DVX Batteries have bit the dust - one from being dropped, which I electrical taped together for a while, and another which broke because I left it on my DVX for a few days with the camera tilted slightly back. Guys - love the batteries, but the cases need a little work.

try contacting DeBranne, i think that she manages most things that have to do with the DVXuser batteries.
