Broken Dvd - Finally Shipping

Hey Alex, have you shipped any DVD to London yet?

Man, I am have postponed my journey to the 9th of September to see if I get the DVD on time.

I hope it arrives before that.
 
I too ordered the same day the mass e-mail went out and still haven't gotten my copy...
I'm in California, it seems that people that recently ordered got theirs before the people who order way back when.
I also e-mail them asking about my order and didn't get any reply...
Anyone else having problems?
I'm not jumping to any conclusions, just weird.
Anybody know what's happening?

Hey Guys,

We shipped out all pre-orders that were ordered on or before Aug 21 on Aug 22. We just got back into town for a trip and will be shipping ALL other orders early this week. Sorry guys, right now it's just me and Jorge handling all the orders so please be patient. ; )

No worries...everyone will get a DVD, you have my word.

The feature showing all the pre production,produciton and all that other good stuff was very informative. The short was great also,I mean it was really great. Nice work.

Broken2005,yes it will.. especially the subject about Production Design. After you mention that, I watched your short again and The Matrix,Heat and Assassins again also. Which goes to show no matter how many times you watch a movie you can appreciate it from a different perspective.
 
Hi, Alex, i'm Michele from Italy. The pack is arrived this morning, more quick than i expected.
The short looks visually good, but i'll have to watch it again since is a bit hard for me to nderstand some parts.
I was waiting also to see how Dvx100 images looks on a tv; since i plan to make a end-of-summer short and i will rent this camcorder.

Anyway, good luck with your next project.

Hi Michele,

When did you order your DVD?
How long did it take to arrive?
 
I have ordered the DVD the 17 august. The postmark is from the 23 august. Yesterday (28 august) the pack is arrived here in italy (Parma).

We are currently in LA at the LA short Film Festival and will be back on Monday. We are packing and shipping all orders made from Tuesday afternoon til Monday. Sorry for the delay.

I got a tracking number but its not coming up on the usps site. Has it been shipped? It was supposed to go out last week the 23rd. Thanks I look forward to viewing it.

No shame in getting your film out there for the world to see. Thnx for this option. I've had problems with paypal in the past and didn't really want to do business with them. I l just purchased your DVD off of Amazon. Look forward to getting it and seeing it soon.
