Broadcast Panasonic repairs in San Francisco Bay Area?

My work has an AG-AC30 that has an XLR cable stuck in the rear port. We're not repair people and don't want to damage the port by attempting to fix it ourselves. Samy's Camera will only ship Panasonic cameras to Panasonic, so we're looking into any alternative spots that could fix the issue. It would require the camera be taken apart, and put back together (hopefully). My work would like the camera back sooner, and shipping it with the cable stuck inside may damage it more, as well. Keeping the cable inside is also not an option as it may also result in damage down the line.

Anyone familiar with the Bay Area and know of a place that could service pricier cameras, specifically Panasonic?
