I just got a 5d, so I have no need for my beloved Brevis anymore.
Everything is perfectly fine, calumniation/micro oscillation installed.
Comes with:
*Brevis MP.2 35mm adapter
*CLXL (Minor scratch-- I've never seen it in any of my images)
*CF1 (Scratch on the left corner, but you have to zoom past where the scratch is anyway, and I've never seen the scratches on this cinefuse in my footage either).
