Hey guys. Just got my Brevis in about a couple weeks ago and love it! This is the first real thing I filmed with it since getting it.
Please don't judge the shots too harshly cuz even though it was for a cinematography class, this was done REAL last minute (naturally). The whole thing went from conception to finished product in like 36 hours, so we had no storyboards, no shotlists, and most importantly NO LIGHTS! Yup, that's right, absolutely none!
I thought the Brevis held up really well lightloss wise when you consider the only thing lighting the footage is 100 watt houselights and whatever available sunlight was there (it was an overcast day to boot!). Of course I had to color correct it in post and bring up the levels but even den, I thought the adaptor passed through its trial by fire pretty well.
Anyway, to see it:
