Hey everyone, this is a project that myself and a couple of friends from work are producing. So far we've got a script, casted, test photography, and have done 80% of location scouting for the first episode, which is scheduled to shoot in the beginning of June. Filming will take place in and around the greater Boston area as well as some scenes in Albany, NY. Synopsis is below:
Tonia Hart is a very successful young woman who seems to have
everything going for her; great paying job, friends, boyfriend and
beauty. But everything that glitters is not gold. Past memories haunt
her and one day her boyfriend Michael shows just how cruel
relationships can be. She finds herself backed into a corner with no
way out but a bottle of aspirin. Tonia must figure out how to pull
herself back from the edge. Insanity is closer than you think, we all
have our breaking points.
DIRECTOR: Chaseedaw Giles
ASST. DIRECTOR: Christian Nachtrieb (myself)
CAM. OPERATOR: Micah Phillips
EDITOR: Chris Scesny
Soon we'll begin posting some updates, behind-the-scenes photos/footage, screen grabs, etc. For our budget we've put together $1,000 for the first episode and have been using our own gear, as well as renting equipment. We're shooting on an HVX200 recording to firestore, and are using a Letus adapter as well.
That's it for now, check back for updates!
