Brandon Rice "Haunted"

Everything's going pretty good, thanks. I am still working on casting. I have called Jake Putich (he played the brother in A Price Too High) to see if he'd like to be in the film. If he doesn't want to, I know I have someone else to fill the spot, so that'll work! Either way, we'll push on. I have everything I need, and the scripts solid.

And Jack, thanks for passing that message along, I look forward to getting those final renders as we're just about locked on Smuggler's! :)

hey brandon did you happen to find a use for the shots I sent you? I'm cool with it either way..I just wondered.

If anyone is wondering which shots, they are some establishing shots for Smuggler's Ransom, which is the other film I am currently in post on :)

And to answer your question Weston, yes, in fact I just stuck a couple of the shots in my timeline :) they turned out good. Thanks!

Brandon! Looking forward to checking your film out! What happened to the other script Idea? (With the audio)

Good luck!
/j

Ah, Ambient Noise. Well, it didn't work out, as I actually gave that script/concept to my friend to do as his senior project for school. Anyway, we'll see how that turns out...

I'm really liking this script though.

Cool Cool....glad I could help..

Ok... my actress is recovering from a cold, and her voice is still gone... I am hoping she can recover by Sat. or else I'm screwed.

Damn, Brandon... your production sounds haunted!

Oooh! Bad pun. Sorry.

I hope that you are working out the kinks. Did you find a new actor to replace Derr?

Ok, Reasons....

1. The short I thought was going to fall through did not, so I have to do art direction stuff this weekend. Probably painting some walls and whatnot.

2. I was going to play the role opposite my sister for this one. I think I'm a fairly decent actor, and I wrote the lines for myself. Anyway, I chipped my fake front tooth (fake teeth from an accident when I was a kid) and had an appointment yesterday to get it fixed up. Well, I wrote down 4:30 PM for the appointment, instead of 9:30 AM. So alas, I did not get my tooth fixed, and I sure as heck ain't gunna act in a film with a chipped tooth.

I had a real fun script too, and had high hopes for the film... oh well... I would have enjoyed the acting as well. I'll post the screenplay up for ya'll to read... and anyone's welcome to have it, if they want to do horrorfest but have no script.

If I was a beast or something I'd do it still, but I'm supposed to be playing the hero that saves the girl... a chipped tooth doesn't exactly scream hero...
