BRANDNEW mystery-short shot with the D90

hey guys, this new short, "Incomplete", was shot with the D90 in Miami & Berlin. It’s a bit Lynchi and tricky but after watching it thrice it should click.

Nothing special, but working pretty well on festivals by now. I’m happy if someone takes a look.

Ok, wow several things. First of all what other equipment did you use? (lenses, lighting, editing, etc.. etc..)

2nd, the film effects you added are distracting and somewhat annoying. I'd take them out, some of the light sparse squiggles are ok, but the slashes everywhere that pop up for 1-2 seconds sporadically are not good imo. You know its not done on film, and giving the lighting etc... a film look is cool but dont over do it.

3rd, the music is all GREAT (aside from the silly theme of the mystery guy in the parking lot), i really love whoever you got to compose this, outstanding job.

The super overexposed look you went for works really nicely at night, but somewhat poorly during the day. I might darken it up a bit on the day shots, looks a little to washed out.

The writing could need some tweeking and id liek to see voice but overall really great job. You definetly have some talent.
