Hello all. I am new here to DVXUser and also to video in general. I am a long time professional photographer and just got the 5D Mark ii. I took a short 16 hour class on Final Cut Pro this weekend and that is about the extent of my experience. I really don't even have any footage to work with yet. But I just wanted to step in and say hello. This is the forum I will probably be spending most of my time in for a while.
What I will be searching around for first is information on Slow Motion. I just found out that it's tricky to get smooth slow motion with the 5dmk2, yet this is what I plan on using the most. I know it's annoying to repeat questions, but I thought I would throw that out there in case anyone might have some input. I'm looking forward to posting something soon and really will appreciate critiques from some experts.
