This camera has zero hours. No tape has been in it. Original box and warranty card.
The story is that the camera was won in a JVC sponsored contest and I do not have the HD work at this point, to warrant keeping it. It is not eligible for the AB battery promo, this from JVC:

First, congratulations on your winning the audience award at the Full
Frame Film Festival. JVC is a proud sponsor for this year's event and
we are very pleased to see that the camera has been awarded to a loyal
JVC user.

With reference to the Anton Bauer battery promotion, this program was
implemented to support our authorized dealers with the sales of our
GY-HD100 camcorder. Being that the camera provided to the Full Frame
Film Festival was funded in its entirety by JVC, we cannot find it
fiscally feasible to provide a battery system in addition to the award.
---------------------------------------------
Camera has been sent to JVC for the upgrade and I have the receipt on that.
Sorry it has to go. I am located in Northern California
$3750.

What about a trade for a DVX100b with low hours? =D It's fulfilling your SD needs! Would throw in a couple accessories too.

EDIT: Just thought I'd ask...I'm thinking I might go to HD and as much as I love my DVX, it would be cool to move up.

Thanks, the camera (and lens) has been SOLD. Was just too big a leap for me without having the HD clients yet, work flow, and other accessories, but a jewel of a camera.
