I bought this some time back from B&H and never used it. I'm actually finally moving out and found it under my bed, anyway, I paid around 400+ shipping for it from B&H sometime back, the 501 head is now discontinued so don't know how much its priced.
Here are the links to the B&H.

The legs and head is BRAND NEW..I'm gonna guarantee that, you see a scratch, RETURN it.
My asking price is $300 Plus whatever else charges (Shipping, paypal). IF its local pick up, great, come get it for 300 cash and enjoy it. I'm located in Los Angeles.
The legs come in the ORIGINAL box, and the head will come in a different box.
Thank you, and I am well trusted around here, Ive sold many things before, including two of my dvx's.
