bracket for Light and Mic!?!?!

I need a bracket that I can attatch my litepanels micro and zoom H4n too. Or something that I can attatch to the bottom mount for the zoom h4n, But I still need to be able to use a tripod/steadicam.....

There are a ton of ways to do this.
Myself personally, don't like to use brackets, as for one, I hate mounting anything on top of the camera hotshoe. And while I prefer a small configuration, I need a larger setup for DSLR use.

A great solution might be looking into something like the JAG35 DSLR cage.
It's small and compact and will give you tons of mounting and shooting options.

This is on my must list, but I am waiting for the 550D version that can take the battery grip.
Once that's released, I'm getting one immediately. I can mount any options very easily and still remain compact.

And have a QR plate on the bottom to mount to a tripod, or even better my DVMulti Rig. So I can go shoulder/fly mode if needed.

I am using a zacuto z-finder pro, with the gorilla plate. I was hoping for something that I could attatch to the gorilla plate to hold the mic.... but still let me attatch the camera to my tripod?????

The new JAG35 DSLR cage can take the Gorilla Plate.

Not according to the email I received from them on may 13th.

Hi Norm,

No, we are working on a cage that will work with the gorilla plate, but the one we currently sell does not work with the Zfinder Pro.

The top two products might be what you're looking for. Not sure how easy these (specific items) are to come by, though. Maybe B&H has something similar?

BTW, there's a guy here who sells (makes them too?) a little box that has three shoes on it, which mounts to the hot shoe of a cam. He posted a pic in one the DSLR threads, but I forget which one. IIRC, he wanted about $150 for it. Not vouching for it, just wanted to let you know.

What about a Rycote 037303 Hot Shoe Extension Bar?

I personally use the Redrock hot shoe clamp (http://store.redrockmicro.com/Catalog/DSLR-Clamps/microShoeClamp)
Might be a little over kill if you don't need all the customizability, I use that, and than attach articulating arms to it with the top handle so i can position the light and my zoom wherever i need.
Another option you might like is this:

Again, might be overkill, but that bracket is great for if you do a lot of rigging like to cars or cranes and such.
