BP-U60 Replacement Batteries?

Has anyone tries using BP-U60 replacement batteries? Amazon carries a few replacement batteries from companies like Golden Valley, EcoEfficiency, and WonderShop, but there are no reviews. Supposedly these batteries are "fully decoded." Whatever that means. The price is right, but I'm not sure I want to be a first user.
