We're looking for a shooter who can film a one hour set at Middle East with two cameras. One camera can be locked on a wide-shot in the rear of the room and the second camera should be hand-held in the front row. This is a no-frills shoot meant for archive purposes.
Shooter should know how to get a board mono out and patch it from the soundboard via XLR. Shooter should also have a nice shotgun mic to record room sound on the second channel. HVX200 preferred for the wide-shot/audio gathering camera. HVX200 or GH1 is fine for front row hand-held. Shooter should also advocate on band's behalf for best stage lighting. Here are some example in a club that didn't really have lights. Shot with the setup described above.
