It was the first short I directed and it is currently being broadcasted on flights around the world. It's a hilarious comedy called "Prom Night" which can also be watched online here:

Any feedback would be great! This seems like an awesome forum! I wasn't sure if this was the right place to post, but hopefully you will be entertained/distracted for at least a bit!

And for those in the know: We shot this with the HVX with a 4x4 white mist (NOT PRO MIST) filter in front of the lens.

Very nice film. I enjoyed it. Not sure what sort of criticism I could give. Some moments I enjoyed more than others. Maybe the characters/dialogue could have been a bit more developed?

Liked the ending though. Perhaps a bit too quick though? I dunno, maybe if you played on the fact that they both didn't want to go to prom a bit more it would have been a more satisfying ending.

Thanks for watching it! Yes, I have talked to a few people that would have liked it to be a bit longer, but budget and time constraints right? Also, it's better to end it than drag it out I suppose... But I'm really happy you enjoyed it, ha-ha, it's a light affair.

Thanks for your support!

I especially liked the girl. Fun character, an easy going fun rocker girl a lot of guys wouldn't mind being in a relationship with. Just the guy was a bit stiff, seemed weird he was with her, although made the coupling more interesting.

I enjoyed it and I definitely think the girl has fantastic potential as an actress. She can go places, fast.

Kegan Sant, yes Brianna is a solid actress... and she was only in her second year when she did that. Imagine where she is now. Did you vote as well?

Thanks again Kegan!
