Sounds good can't wait. Just was wondering what was the reason for the price hike. Not that big of deal for what you guys are offering. Is it just more expensive to do it in Vegas? Just wondering.

I posted the reason before -- in L.A. all the presenters lived there -- no flights, no hotels, and I am the only one who drove in. In Vegas, they all have to come here; that means travel expenses and hotels. Also, in L.A. we were hosted by Abel Cine Tech; in Vegas there is no comparable facility so we have to rent a facility, which drives the expenses up.

All we want to do is cover our costs and we are happy. If bootcamps start costing us money, they wont last very long :

That is what I thought. Sounds good to me. and It shouldn't cost you guys money you should be making at least enought money to hang out at the bar and If your not I'm sure you can get us to put up some beer money I know I would be more then happy to buy you all a drink.

as for hotel, whatever is cheapest
I have stayed at most of them, and the only ones i would stay away from is the imperial palace, and the sahara is pretty sketchy.

Alright, so I'll be making the drive over to Vegas for the camp. Anyone interested in carpooling? My car can comfortably sit about 2-3 adults, and if we are all loading in pelican cases it might be tighter. I'm still up in the air if I'll make the journey the day before or drive over early the day of. Maybe as more people register we should make a list of people who are interested in carpooling.
