I don't know why, but for some reason I have a rather large collection of books about writing screenplays. I'm a DP, so I doubt I'll come back to refer to any of these later down the line.

How to Write a Movie in 21 Days - Vicki King

Writing for Emotional Impact - Karl Iglesias

Writing Television Sitcoms - Evan S. Smith

Screenplay - Syd Field

How Not to Write a Screenplay - Denny Martin Flinn

Writing Television Comedy - Jerry Rannow

All of them are in excellent condition, Screenplay by Syd Field, is more fair than excellent, but that's the only one. Still a good read!

Each one is 10 bucks each + shipping. 50 bucks for all of em. Paypal is perferred.

Email me at ryan@ryanthomasfilm...I don't usually check the PM's here.

Of all those books I would recommend How NOT to Write a Screenplay. It was far more informative and shows what makes for a bad spec screenplay (overwriting/lack of clarity being the two main offenders). There's plenty more info that's to the point in that book -- definitely worth your time.

The Write a Movie in 21 days book was actually the first book I ever read on screenwriting (although I would not recommend it). To each his own though...
