Extremely rare German made anamorphot. Serious enthusiasts only. Asking $1300 When paired with DSLR video this lens increases horizontal field of view by 1.5x. The aspect ratio, when properly unsqueezed is no longer 16:9, instead 2.35:1, which is closer to true cinema. Produces terrific anamorphic flares. Minimum focusing distance of 2.5 feet. Maximum focusing to infinity. Very sharp lens. Originally made for 8mm cameras. Optically it is in next to mint condition. Few dust fragments inside, however they don't affect video quality whatsoever. No fungus, gas, cracks, or scratches. Cosmetically, a scratch and signs of wear on the outside metal, but otherwise great for how old this lens is. Comes with lens hood, and original packing equipment that I have never used.

I'm including a Vid Atlantic anamorphic clamp (See photos). This clamp screws onto your taking lens. It has a rear thread of 60mm. Comes with 2 step up rings. 52-60mm and 58-60mm. You can, of course attach more to make your taking lens fit. The anamorphot is quite small, and its rear thread is 24mm in diameter.
On crop sensor cameras (7D, T2i, GH2, etc.) widest lens you can use is 40 - 50mm. Any wider and you get vignetting. On full frame sensors I think you have to use 85 or longer to avoid vignetting.

You can't just slap this lens on your taking lens and expect instant results. You have to manually focus the anamorphot in addition to your taking lens. Focus is sharp at any aperture. This lens also reduces light capturing ability of your taking lens by .5 - 1 F-stops.
I've used this mainly on a Lumix GH2 micro 4/3 sensor with different Nikkor 35, 50, 85mm primes. You have to be a film geek to want this. If you love the look of authentic widescreen ratio this is one of the best tools to give you that look.

Compared to other anamorphots the Bolex Moller is prized among the top, if not the best. I have not inflated the price. This lens is damn near impossible to find. I paid $1600 over year ago for this (without the adapter). It's not uncommon for these to go for much higher. Message me! This is my first time posting to DVXUSER, so I realize I don't have any feedback or way of verifying that I am not scamming you, but you'll have to take my word for it.
