Got a Glidecam CamCrane200 and it needs the half ball adapter and I found one that comes with it, but I'm in need of putting at least 66 lbs of camera, adapter / lens, crane and counterweights on it, but also using it as a tripod and getting a fluid head.
The issue I am having is different sites have different prices for the half-ball adapter version. It's $577, and then $800 and then there's one in the $2,040 range. I'm not understand what the big difference is and why there is a price gap between them all. Is one stronger than the other? Doesn't seem that way....?
