[FS: General] Bogen 316 Heavy Duty Cine Head

I have a Bogen 316 Cine Head designed for use with cameras up to 35lbs. I've owned it for eight years. It has cosmetic damage like scratches and duct tape attached to it but it still works. Comes with quick release sliding plate. Here's some info direct from Bogen:

It incorporates variable balance adjustment and a fixed drag system. Features Supplied with a quick-release sliding plate, secondary safety lock, two telescopic pan bars and levelling bubble, Pan: 360°, Tilt: +70° -70°, Independent Pan Lock, Independent Tilt Lock

I hate to do this but it's going to be a best offer scenario. My on-line research hasn't provided me with enough information to determine a fair, reselling price. If find some time, I'll do a little more digging and see if I can come up with something. In the meantime, I took some pictures:
