body says dvx100a viewfinder dvx100ap

Anybody knows what's going on here? Is it just my camcorder or all of them have these tags.?? on the LCD flip out is says dvx100a however on the bottom of the viewfinder I see model dvx100ap??

bought mine through promax any idea what's happening here?

Nothing's happening, the "P" stands for "Pacific Rim" (we think), as opposed to the "E" for the European model.

All models say DVX100A on the LCD, but the little label on the bottom is more specific for the country it's targeted to be released in.

The AG-DVX100AP are those DVXs that are made for the North Americas.
