Boardroom Conference with AF102

Dear Experts,

Need some advise. I have a simple conference job at a boardroom next week. Are there any norms for you guys to follow like number of setups...

I have planned to setup the AF102 on a corner enough to cover all participants in the meeting, and place a voice recorder on the conference table once the conference starts.

Questions:

1) Conference will be 6 hours with breaks every 2 hours; will the AF102 be able to record every 2 hours or should I request to stay in the boardroom to record and stop as and when presenters stop?

2) What is the longest recording time a single clip can record? Recording at 1080/25 with 3 hours in a 32GB card.

3) Advisable to set up a B cam on the other corner?

How many people at the boardroom table? How big is the table?

Getting good audio if the people are spread out will require more than one audio recorder. ( the Zoom H2n would be my first pick for a low cost recorder )
