Blue Ray recorders

I am looking for a Blue Ray Recorder or Burner which is compatable with Mac pro and I mac .
It will be used for redundant storage and retrieval of p2 files which I have amassed on my feature film .
I dont want to trust all my files to standard terrabite drives .
I do hear there may be a problem wiith blue ray doing compression during the transferr and burn process .Any advise is appreciated .
I recently saw a good priced burner called (I think) a "Good Life " GL blue ray burner but it appears to be fo windaows .

Macs at this moment are not compatible with playing Blu-ray movies, hopefully will be resolved with Snow Leopard launch....
