blue lines flickering on footage

I've posted here about this before a while back,but I'm was just looking for more information on what might be the problem.

When I shoot in 24P and 24Pa modes my lcd and footage displays flickering blue lines horizontally across the screen. I've just recently noticed that it kind of does it in 60i mode as well in bright and dark lighting. not in "normal" lighting.

Could it possibly be a CCD problem or something else?

If it's in the recorded footage (as seen when played back on a TV) then it could be a problem with the chips or internal cables, etc. If it only happens on the LCD but not in the recorded footage, then that points to an LCD problem (obviously) and would be of far less concern.
