I have a quick question I hope someone can shed some light on. I recently documented a coporate training meeting with my DVX100A. The speaker stood at a podium with a Power Point screen in the background. She basically stood in front of a bright white screen. The screens level was just under 100% on the zebras. She was wearing a dark coat. The concern is that in the LCD finder I was seeing a somewhat thick blue edge that basically outline her when she was in front of the bright white screen. It was only a product of the white screen background as the rest of the image did not have this blue edge. I am sure it is some artfacting that occurrs due to the bright white background but I am wondering if anyone can explain what causes this and maybe how to look for it and avoid it in the future. I would appreciate it. I do remeber noticing it with a Varicam once too but slightly different situation.
