Please check out this link to a mockumentary I made with the DVX100 called "Blood-O-Ween". It actually screened at a few film festivals, one of which was the Comic-Con International Film Festival. Anyway, I just finished a cut of the trailer, nothing big, I was just playing around. Anyway, here is the link to the trailer, just scroll down to "Blood-O-Ween" it's under the Narrative/Documentary section:

Also, if you get bored you can check out me and my twin brothers main portion of the web site:

Let me know what you think, thanks!!

The link didn't work for me either.. but I did hit your site and check out your demo reel - very impressive. I think that's a great example of a good demo reel - every shot meant something. The music was great too. Good job!

P.S. Were your music videos/commercials shot with the DXV too?

Very impressive work all the way around (links working now). I'd also like to know what else you're shooting on...

I caught the "devotchka", but what song was that on your REEL?

Good stuff, and looking forward to more from you guys.

p.s. change the link to your reel on the website to just plain "REEL", instead of "Demo reel montage"... or at least lose the "montage" part.

Thanks for the advice rcbrown23, that's a very good idea! I'm going to tell our web designer to make the change. Oh yeah, the song on our reel is "23" from Blonde Redhead.

My twin and I will be posting a bunch of our DVX100 film projects on the http://www.thefackrellbrothers.com/videos.htm portion of the site. On our main website all of our projects were shot on 35mm film. I can honestly say that being a filmmaker can be pure hell sometimes, all of the 35mm film projects on our site were immensely hard to pull off, but at the same time it was an awesome experience. I'll always have a great love for film and I plan to shoot on it as much as possible, but also I plan to shoot digital as well, I've found both formats wonderful.

Excellent work man.

+The reel is outstanding...really beautiful, rich stuff there. Looks great online too, what kind of compression did you use?
