Blank photos......camera or SD card problem ?

Lately, I've been seeing a lot of "blank" pictures with my GH1 where when I try to view the picture on TV....all I get is a blank black screen (with picture number on the top). When I try to see the contents of the card on my computer, I see the image file but I cannot access it. I also noticed that there are two folders for images on the card.

So is this an issue with my SD card ? (I'm using A-Data 16GB class6 card) or something going on with my GH1 ?

Perhaps the lens cap was on? ;)
I remember the quote

"I have a photographic memory, unfortunately the lens cap is on most of the time".

Good luck.

...... because the images are inaccessible via Windows Explorer either.

I think it's might be the same problem I had a while ago but it was with the video clips.

I shot some video clips and I could play all the files on the camera but when I attached the camera to computer, couple of files were not visible/accessible in the windows explorer and I could not download these 2 files on computer but after formating the card I never had the same problem again.
