FS7: Blackmagic's New URSA Mini - Will We See a New Sony Soon?

I was able to remove the EVF knuckle. Can anyone suggest a good replacement rod length for the EVF that will put the COG far enough back to balance the camera? I was thinking 8"? The stock rod is 6"... Also, I think it would be a good idea to replace the screw as they are prone to strip. Does anyone know what size screw goes in there?

For those who are interested, I wound up using an 8" carbon fiber rod and the replacement screw is an Allen M3 x 8mm socket cap screw. Now my FS7's center of gravity is further back and sits nicely on my shoulder.
