I've gone through some more of my livestreaming gear and have a Blackmagic Intensity Shuttle with USB 3.0. This works well for livestreaming 1080p via HDMI. It also has some analog video and component inputs if you need to capture stuff that way. I always used it with the HDMI and it works very well, up to 1080p30. I don't believe this works natively with Zoom but there might be a workaround - some Blackmagic stuff has been able to work with Zoom. This is a really simple way to get HDMI into your computer for OBS, Wirecast, Livestream, YouTube Live, Facebook Live, etc.
It works perfectly. The plastic has some scuffs from traveling with me but nothing major and is purely cosmetic.
I have the Shuttle and the accompanying USB cable. No box. Asking $120 shipped USPS priority. PayPal fees and shipping are included on my end. Thanks!
