See that black line on the bottom of the picture? That's driving me nuts! I'm shooting with an XL1S. The problem isn't with the heads, because the line is there before I even record. It's not a problem with the tape because I used the same tape from the same package with a GL2 and there was no line, even when I put the tape in the XL1S and played it. It's got to be a problem with the XL1S.
Anyone else have this problem or know what the problem is?
Anyone know how to fix it without paying Canon hundreds of dollars?
Also, if I do have to pay Canon to fix it, does anyone have any clue how much they'll charge?
