Black line on right side of footage DVX100A

I'm just wondering why a black line appears on the right side of my footage. An example of this can be seen here http://www.flickr.com/photos/bsengsouvanh/4269035844/sizes/o/.

It doesn't appear when I view the footage in Quicktime 10 though, but in VLC it does.

Is there any reason that this black line appears in FCE and VLC but not in Quicktime. Should I take my camera in for a service?

I think I can help, but I dont really have a reason why it happens

When I upload to my Mac I use iMovie then edit in FCP

It uploads in "Movie" and when you rename it or trim or w/e and choose save as, you have the option to save as 720p.

When I choose this, I get the black line, when I save as "Movie" there is no black line.

Yea I upload with FCE, I might try uploading with iMovie to see if that method works for me. I just find it strange that the black line doesn't appear in Quick Time 10 or YouTube but it appears in FCE and VLC player.
