Black Line on Right Edge of frame

My DVX-100 does not seem to fill the frame completely in either letter box or nomral , in 24p mode.

I get a black line about 1mm on the right side of the frame.

I've taken off the lens hood, with the same effect.

Of course I can crop it out in FCP, but it is very annoying.

Any ideas?

If you are talking about the 3 pixels on the left and right when you shrink or DVE the clip, that is normal. Crop the right and left by about 5 pixels and all should be fine.
