Ok, here's my immediate thoughts:
He looks odd standing on that building. I think it's because the building looks too videos copilot to me. I can also see through the roof to more windows. The spotlight shots look odd too as the perspective is off. We're seeing a pretty high angle on his feet, almost as though a fisheye was used, and the background horizon seems to be odd in contrast to that. The spotlight is too hot, with no bleed. Shouldn't there be a shadow from such a hot light, too? I don't know what the song is about, but I don't understand the wall flip. Why is it in there?
Good job matching the shadows from the above shot on the building. The people inside the building are dancing really close to the windows, or are very large people. They also seem to just be dancing for no reason. There's no desire in their faces, no joy in their movement. It's kinda like I'm getting a "this is odd, but I'll do whatever the director says" vibe from them. There are a lot of seams on the train scene.
Those are my immediate thoughts. Sorry if you hate them.

I'm looking to improve the vid so appreciate all criticism
To be honest I couldn't understand the lyrics either (and I read them a few times...), so I tried going for a comic / non realistic feel to the video (so if you dont like the song you atleast laugh at the video).
The shot of him standing on the building was shot with a fisheye, I thought the distortion added to him looking like he really was standing there, not too sure about the fisheye shot in front of the wall though (will it be better if I distorted the wall too?).
The wall flip was there to make the vid more entertaining (and to have less of the same shots), but if its too out of place might need to take it out...
