Bins won't go into folders

This has never happened while digitizing before. I capture media into a bin but then can't drag the bin into its proper folder. There are two cameras involved and I'm using the same bin and folder headings for each.
The only way it works is to reboot the system.
There must be an obvious answer--can anyone help me?

Can you be a bit more clear? What do you mean by two cameras? Two cameras you are digitizing from? Also what do you mean by using the same headings for each? You're a bit scattered in your questioning. A detailed question would be most helpful.
