Bikers Korner...........

Kimko glad to see youre up and running again.

Almost Stupid motorcycle story #58,884,888. Pulled into a carpark a few months back and wasnt paying attention, going very slow and didnt see a dip (it was dark), and as I turned up to roll back I was on the edge of an incline and all the weight was on the wrong side, managed to catch it a few feet off the ground and pull it up. Dont know if I would ever live down if I'd dropped it going 0 MPH.

I've dropped in the lot at 0 mph. Usually on my way out after lunch post-high-speed-twisty-crazy time on the Crest. Whether or not I will live it down remains to be seen.

ZBlock, that pic with the airplane in the BG is great.

Thanks Max. I did a lot of stunt work with the bike that got booked because of that shot.

yeah thanks Noel! yeah well i've dropped my bikes over the years trying to park and hitting sand going 2mi per.

A 'Flying Merkel' motorcycle. Now, I'm not a biker or anything but I came across this older clip my brother had done and I thought it was pretty cool.
I thought I'd post it here in case anyone else might find it interesting.

niiice i like it where on the motor it says made in idletown...........so that was a Kit? or just remade original? those bikes were fun!!!!! we need more of these pictures of old bikes. CLASSIC!

Sorry, couldn't hear you... was taking a nap...

Just picked this bike up last year... haven't gotten around to posting on here yet. 1979 Honda cb750f with 7K original miles. I found in on a craigslist in Colorado and offered the guy $900, and much to my surprise, he accepted. Spent another $300 to have it shipped down here. I've completely rebuilt some aftermarket carbs and installed, new 4-1 exhaust, euro sport bars, much more in mind to customize it, and I'll be doing a valve job here in the next couple weeks. So far, our winter has been so mild I've gotten to take it out at least once a week!

Hey.

Just got my bike back from the shop after weeks of wouldn't-want-to-ride-much-anyway weather. Which is good.

And the Crest is still closed until March. That sucks.
