I think it's great, very easily accessible for clients with plenty of info. Stuff like this creates more work than it takes away because it makes it easier for SME's to move away from pure print and radio strategies and move towards video stuff.
The biggest reason masses of companies still don't do video presentations is because they think it is too expensive. Sites like the one in your link help them make less embarrassing informed decisions and thus more and more will turn to video.
This translates to a lot more work for everyone.

At least work is being done with assured payment. Contrast with Poptent, where content producers have no guarantee (and the company takes a whopping fee that is 4x that which they pay the filmmaker)
